-This is included in SnS install of gas appliances. However, when installation is done by third party, this service is available to ensure
proper log and ember placement, pressure settings, air adjustments, voltage readings, pilot and flame appearance, minimum clearance requirements, etc.

Gas Appliance Cleaning/Annual Checkup ………………………………………………………………………………………………... $149.00

– Includes inspection of spill switch (B-Vent), combustible clearances, venting for blockage/excess soot, air shutters, restrictor settings, pressure relief doors (Direct Vent), voltage production & drop out rate, blower snap disc, rheostat, remote control, thermostat, pressure settings. Check for gas leaks, cleaning of logs, burner, pilot blower & glass.
Parts not included.

Pellet Appliance Cleaning/Annual Checkup ………………………………………………………………………………………………... $194.00

– Includes inspection & cleaning of blowers, cleaning of exhaust passages and firebox area, inspection of all gaskets,
venting for blockage/ash build up and test of general operation of unit.

PLEASE NOTE: Cleanings refer to the appliance only and do not include chimney and/or pipe venting.

                 We recommend having chimney and pipe venting cleaned professional on an annual basis

Stoves ‘n Stuff Arrival Times

All times are approximate

First 9am-11am    Second 10am-1pm  Third 12pm-3pm    

*Technicians will wait no longer than 15 minutes unless otherwise approved by supervisor. Please make sure That someone is home during the entire expected service call time. If a technician is delayed more than 15
minutes a charge of $42.00 per half hour labor will be added to the customer’s invoice. All appliances must be off and cool to touch prior to technician’s arrival. If not cool to the touch, the appointment will be cancelled
and the customer will be charged a $50 cancellation fee

24 Hour Notice is required for all cancellations. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled
with less than 24 hour notice, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

All payments are due at the time of service. No billing options are available

A discounted  Spring Cleaning  program is offered during the months of May, June and July. All cleanings must be  scheduled by June 30th  to receive the 15% discount.  Please call as soon as possible as popular days such as Saturdays fill up very quickly. Appointments are limited.
